Do you exercise? What kind of exercise do you do? And do you know the importance of exercise?
“Exercise is important to our body,” said by Aristotle, the famous Greek philosopher and according to many health and wellness books/magazines, exercise enhances or maintains our health being. It is also the best way to stay young and improves not just our physical healthiness but also to our emotional activity.
Do you know that there is a kind of exercise that is known to be the cure/defense of any diseases? This is not jogging, its not dancing, its not swimming and certainly its not games.
So what this? I am sure you will feel uncertainty or you will laugh if you know it. It is an action that you never thought it is exercise. Will you believe if I said “laughter” is a kind of exercise?
Health expert agreed that laughing is important to our health as well as in our mind. Because a person who does not laugh means she/he have a problem/s.
In laughing, the muscles in the face, neck and chest are moving. The heart beats in this way that is why the circulation of blood is getting faster. It is also beneficial to our liver and stomach. Also, laughing makes our feelings good.
Therefore, we can say that it is a big loss to those people who do not laugh.
Laughter is a blessing from nature in which human can only do it. We should stay happy no matter what kind of problems we face, because it is important in staying healthy and improving our health.
